One person is allowed only one account and can use only one character in EVERHAZE. Joining other agencies, either as a member or an admin, is strictly prohibited.

Username and display name must be related to the OC's name. Special symbols, uppercase letters, and numbers in the username are not allowed, except for a capital ‘I’ replacing a lowercase ‘L’.

3D face claims (FCs) from any country are allowed. The FC must be within 3 years younger or older than the OC’s age. Using FCs that have been explicitly prohibited by the artists is not allowed.

The youngest allowed birth year for both FC and OC is 2004 (20-21 years old).

The maximum following limit is 80.

"THE CAELREN" must be included in the profile.

Use brackets or writer tags for out of character (OOC) conversations and Trigger Warning (TW) or Content Warning (CW) for any sensitive topics listed in the phobia database.

Minimize OOC conversations on the timeline to prevent others from feeling left out.
